Recognizing the need for high-impact education and training that supports recruitment and retention within the industrial finishing and coating industry, the Industrial Finishing and Coating Association Education Foundation (IFCA Education Foundation), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, was established in November 2018.
With the generous support of corporations and individuals, the IFCA Education Foundation helps fund and provide access to effective and affordable programs supporting the advancement of the industrial finishing and coatings industry.
Women in Finishing
Women in Finishing (WiF) provides a platform that fosters personal and professional development for women who have chosen or are pursuing a career in the finishing industry. WiF is inclusive of all levels and responsibilities within the industry, from the finishing line to executive management.

IFCA Finishing Academy
There is an ongoing and expansive need for skilled employees in the world of industrial finishing. The IFCA Finishing Academy was established provide training to existing personnel as well as new talent. Through the academy, an in-depth curriculum addressing multiple facts of industrial finishing has been developed. Currently available as online courses, in-person training classes will be available in the future.
